Made Smarter Digital Transformation Specialist (Account Manager)

Job Purpose
To act as the account manager for clients of the Made Smarter project and working with a portfolio of clients that have engaged with the programme. The Made Smarter Digital Transformation Specialist will be the point of contact for Made Smarter clients and will manage the relationship between the business and all aspects of the programme as well as a range of internal and external business support services.
Responsibilities
:
1.
To deliver the Made Smarter Programme to produce the maximum impact in terms of assisting client companies to reach their full growth potential, and adoption of appropriate digital industrial technology to deliver improved productivity and GVA growth.
2.
Collaborate and work with the project manager on key Made Smarter initiatives.
