Orion are proud to partner with a fantastic client once again who are looking for a Machine Shop Team Leader to help expand their core hours between Monday and Friday.

After significant expansion, it has allowed them to create growth across the business & we are lucky to have been asked to support them on their latest mission to recruit a Machine Shop Team Leader for them on a full time permanent basis.

Title: Machine Shop Team Leader

Location: Salisbury

Salary: up to £38,000

Days: Monday - Friday

The Machine Shop Team Leader will take charge on the following areas:

• Create accurate quotations


• Work alongside the research and development team


• Manage and have x2 direct reports '' this will increase


• Program CNC machines


• Arrange day to day running of the machines


• First point of contact to team members and lease with other head of departments

What we would like to see you be able to demonstrate on your CV:

• A minimum of 2 years experience Team Leader '' Not essential


• Great problem solving skills


• Demonstration of machine operating


• Great organizational skills


• Great communication skills


• Producing work schedules
