Production Operative

Our Client are a manufacturing FMCG company based in Fradley Park, Lichfield. Following a consistent period of growth and ongoing investments they are looking for Line Machine Operators to join their team offering excellent salary of �35,300 per annum.

Production Operative - Main duties are as follows:

• To be aware of products to be run at the start of each shift and ensure the correct labels are available.


• To ensure specification sheet is followed at all times.


• Ensure all bottling is conducted in accordance with Company hygiene requirements.


• Feed all line equipment with required materials.


• Participate in line equipment changes as required.


• Identify and rectify basic faults.


• Visual quality inspection.

Production Operative - Additional details:

• Must be able to work 12-hour Day and Night shifts (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)) on 3 on 3 off rotating shift basis


• 12-week Temp to Perm with regular hours, overtime and long term prospects


• Working at a modern state-of-the-art factory environment

Production Operative - Benefits:

• Salary equivalent �35,300 with OTE up to �45,000 per annum


• Saturday and 4th shift paid �18.30 Days and �20.74 Nights


• Sunday shift paid at �24.40 Days and �26.84 Nights


• Production bonus of �500 paid at 6-month intervals


• Paid breaks
