Machine Operative

Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a Machine Operative to join our client based in the Leek area.
This position is 4 days a week
Main responsibilities of this Machine Operative role:

• Operate machinery ensuring operations run smoothly and safely
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments where necessary
• Ensure the quality of products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

Skills required for this Machine Operative role:

• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods during your shift
• Demonstrated track record of reliability and commitment to work assignments

Details of this Machine Operative role:

• 4 Day working schedule - Monday to Thursday 7:00 - 17:00
