As a Machine Operative, you will be an integral part of there manufacturing process, responsible for operating cutting machinery to produce precise and high-quality shoe soles according to design specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our clients products meet the demands of there discerning customers.�

Key Responsibilities as Machine Operative:
- Operate cutting machinery to accurately cut various materials such as leather.�
- Set up and adjust cutting machines to achieve optimal cutting efficiency and accuracy.�
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production flow and quality standards.�
- Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to verify adherence to quality control standards.�
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal working condition.�
- Collaborate with colleagues in the production team to optimise work flow�and meet production targets.�
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.�
