M&E Surveyor/Building Services Engineer

TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a building services consultancy, who are looking to add an M&E surveyor�to an�role carrying out�surveys on an a large education campus in Lincoln

The project in question�requires a collection and condition survey of the University's�mechanical and electrical assets across it's buildings on campus. The client is looking for someone to start ideally on Tuesday the 7th of May, or as soon afterwards as possible, with the work lasting for 6/8 weeks in duration, and�the likelihood of further continuity of work following on from the project.

We are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyors, or an individual with�a prior background within MEP services either for an FM provider, an end client or consultant, to carry out a room by room, condition survey including verification and lifecycle. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising the consultants own inhouse software.�
