�40,000 per annum
Static M&E Supervisor role for someone to manage the ppm's and compliance at a large high profile estate in Birmingham City Centre. This role will suit you if you have a track record in hard services maintenance, with knowledge of statutory�compliance and health and safety. This is a permanent position paying a basic salary of �40,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.�
Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

• Management of sub-contractors whilst working on site
• Updating and maintaining�log books
• Take responsibility for the delivery of pre planned maintenance, supervising both directly employed and sub-contracted labour
• Carrying out risk assessments, issuing permits to work
• Providing technical�advice to engineering team as and when necessary

The ideal candidate will need to be PC literate, and hold technical qualifications in a building services maintenance trade (electrical/mechanical/HVAC).�
