The Individual
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced M&E Site Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a proven ability to manage site operations efficiently. You will be an excellent communicator, a natural leader, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
The Role and its Responsibilities
As an M&E Site Manager, you will be based in Swansea, then the southern Wales region and play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of M&E projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and coordinating site activities to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Supervising and leading site teams, including subcontractors, to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Preparing and maintaining accurate site documentation and reports.

Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Industry recognised qualification. 

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the M&E sector.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.

  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

  • A valid CSCS card and other relevant certifications.





Salary and Package
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £43,000 to £48,000, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package and enjoy excellent career prospects within a forward-thinking and innovative company.
