M&E Quantity Surveyor

'Berkeley' has undoubtedly become a byword for excellence.They are seeking an Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their Pre Development team overseeing several projects in South East London. The ideal candidate will be:with the team across several new phases to deal with the new gateway design process.will involve a lot of early design and cost work with the supply chain in order to optimise the design before submitting plans for Gateway Approvals.are happy to look at someone at Assistant / Intermediate level to fit in within the current team dynamics.need to have some level of experience from an MEP Infrastructure background in relation to cost control.Salary – Up to £70k (based on experience) Requirements· HNC or Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying· Proven experience with either a Main Contractor or developer· Demonstrable strong account management and commercial experience· Demonstrable strong account management and commercial experience.· Be proven in commercial and risk management on similar schemes for similar sized contractors within the region.What’s in it for you?· Competitive salary of up to £70k + Package· Car Allowance· Healthcare· Bonus· Pension· Great team and development opportunities
