M&E Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well respected medium sized M&E contractor with a strong presence across sectors delivering M&E packages ranging from £5m- £35m who due to a number of exciting project wins are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their business. Reporting to a commercial director you will be initially responsible for managing the commercial aspects of one of their medium sized commercial projects with an M&E value of circa £9m. As M&E Quantity surveyor you will be based in their head office in Surrey and and visit site when necessary.
The Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years of Quantity surveying experience essential on commercial projects
* QS Degree Qualified
* Proficient in excel.
* Detailed knowledge of commercial management and QS Role within construction
* Knowledge of contract conditions and their applications
* Overall understanding of the business, client and Sub Contractor relations, and installations
* Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills
* Excellent Record Keeping and Administration Skills
* Process driven and focused on EHS and Quality Work Management Systems and Processes.
