* Engage in negotiation and value engineering to optimize project outcomes. Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Proficient in relevant software and tools such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar.
* Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
