Comprising three specialised companies which are committed to delivering excellence in managed building services, multi-disciplinary solutions, and expert consulting in Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) aspects of construction projects and are now seeking an Electrical Project Manager.

About the Role

Due to natural growth, my client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team, managing diverse projects in commercial, retail, and healthcare sectors across the southeast. As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in project management, utilizing your expertise to ensure cost efficiency, accurate budgeting, and adherence to financial regulations. Your responsibilities will include analysing project costs, preparing estimates, managing contracts, and conducting cost assessments. You'll be instrumental in shaping our built environment by ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Electrical Quantity Surveying


• ONC, HNC, BSc, or similar qualification in Quantity Surveying


• Strong working knowledge of Commercial Office Fitouts, Healthcare, and retail projects


• Proficiency in financial management, budget analysis, and cost estimation


• Ability to prepare monthly valuations and variation quotations.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to attend client and site meetings.


• Willingness to travel across the south of England as required.
