A new opportunity has arisen for an M&E Project Manager to join an established Midlands based company that provides both Electrical and Mechanical design,� installation and maintenance services across the health care, schools, offices, retail units and leisure.

You can be electrically or Mechanically biassed as long as you are willing and have the knowledge to run M&E Projects with assistance of the other discipline.

The successful M&E Project Manager will:

• Attend client and internal meetings from pre-contract, progress, commissioning to post contract.


• Management of multiple projects up to �2M


• Assist with design, lead the procurement process, and assist with surveying, oversee installations and commissioning processes.


• Oversee Health and Safety, site engineering staff and both supervisory staff / Sub Contractors.


• A good understanding of forms or Main and Sub Contract documents.


• Assist in finalising all accounts.

Requirements:

• You will previously have worked in the Construction industry as an M&E Project Manager, Electrical Contract Manager, Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contract Engineer, Mechanical Contract Manager, Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager


• Ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC/HND in Building services


• Being able to run multiple jobs at once�
