M&E Project Manager - Mechanical Bias

Overview

A well-established and growing M&E Contractor based in Hertfordshire are looking for a Site-Based M&E Project Manager with a mechanical bias to join their project delivery team.

They work broadly within the commercial sector on projects up to around �2m. They also offer excellent opportunities to develop within the business and work for a range of blue chip clients.

The work will be based generally within Central London but they do also work in the Home Counties.

The ideal candidate will be able to run M&E projects through to handover and be Mechanical-biased but have a knowledge of Electrical building Services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Run projects from through to completion


• Deliver projects on time and on budget up to the value of �2m


• Attend meetings with clients and senior management


• Manage Health & Safety


• Manage commercial side of the project


• Site-Based
