Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.


• Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.


• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of MEP installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.


• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project efficiency and resolve any MEP-related challenges.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP progress, quality, and safety.


• Manage MEP budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an MEP Manager in the construction industry.


• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.


• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.


• Familiarity with industry software and technology.
