We have a new role for an M&E Maintenance Manager to join a client side Estates team based in central London. If you have your electrical qualifications, M&E management experience and have also been responsible for minor works projects then this is the role for you! In addition to a starting salary of between £55,000 - £58,000 you will receive:

This is a static role is based in central London with the working hours of 8-4 Monday to Friday, based on site. Within this M&E Maintenance Manager role you will be responsible for the provision of all hard services to the estate based in central London. Working client side you will lead a team of in house engineers, making sure they perform their duties to maintain the buildings. You will also be responsible for running a portfolio of minor working projects to the estate and managing contractor relationships. This role will involve:
Managing a directly employed team of engineers day to day in their maintenance duties Being responsible for minor works projects across the Estate Contractor management Building regulations, compliance and health and safety Process improvement and working with the Heads of departments to achieve the overall Estates teams goals
This is a hands on and varied M&E Managers role for a qualified electrical engineer who has moved up into management and who has project management experience. This role would suit someone who has worked either client side, or for an in house team previously. Experience of working within the public sector would be advantageous, though not essential. For this M&E Maintenance Manager role we are looking for:
Full electrical qualifications - Level 3, 16th/17th/18th edition (This is essential please only apply if you have these qualifications) Experience of managing a team of M&E engineers directly Considerable knowledge of building services regulations and compliance requirements Experience of managing minor works projects Experience of managing contractors Happy to work on site 5 days per week
