M&E Contracts Manager

Activus Recruitment are seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join our clients team at Fountainbridge, Edinburgh on a self-employed basis.
Requirements:
* Self-employed,
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager in the UK.
* Proven history working on Residential Fit Out projects.
* Construction related Degree or Qualifications.
* Strong M&E knowledge is essential.
* Comfortable in a Client facing role.
* Comfortable managing financials of assigned trade contractors in project.
This role will be ongoing until the end of 2024 and rate will negotiable DoE.
