M&E Contracts Manager

Activus Recruitment are seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join our clients team at Fountainbridge, Edinburgh on a self-employed basis.
Requirements:

• Self-employed,


• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager in the UK.


• Proven history working on Residential Fit Out projects.


• Construction related Degree or Qualifications.


• Strong M&E knowledge is essential.


• Comfortable in a Client facing role.


• Comfortable managing financials of assigned trade contractors in project.

This role will be ongoing until the end of 2024 and rate will negotiable DoE.
