M&E Contracts Manager

Job Role

Myself and the team are currently working with a fantastic M&E contractor who are looking for a M&E Contracts Manager/Project Director to join their commercial sector.�

The business have worked with some of the UK's leading contractors such as Mace, Leandlease, Multiplex & more.

Company Overview�

The business in question has had an annual turnover of Ninty Million and have a few sectors showing their versatility to adapt to the modern changes of construction.

With the business being established for thirty years they have a brillant reputation in the construction world.

Duties�

• Reporting into a Divisional Director


• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office


• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time


• Dealing with sub - contractors


• Responsible for M&E�teams such as Managers & Project Managers.


• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports


• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed


• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred�


• Has experience within commercial projects


• Previous experience as a mechanical & electrical project lead


• Stable CV


• Must have experience within residential schemes


• Understanding of the commercial aspect of construction
