New build Data Centre Project - Scandinavia
This role will require bi-weekly travel to site.
The company
A proven M&E Commercial Manager is required for a leading global project management consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major data centre project for a leading global client. The salary/package is negotiable and the position is offered on relocation or a rotation basis.
The ideal candidate will either be working for a major general contractor, or a project management consultancy. Data Centre experience is essential for this role.
The role
As the Senior M&E Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the commercial element of a major data centre project. You will be required to develop cost plans and project budgets, advise on procurement, monitor and prepare bids, and prepare account reconciliations. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Could this role be for you?
A proven track record on high tech projects, ideally data centres.
High level commercial understanding on high tech projects.
Experience on major projects - £50m+
Mechanical and electrical project experience
Educated to degree level in cost management or quantity surveying
