About the role:
This opportunity is on the Mergers and Acquisitions team. You will learn and take on various roles to support business processes.
Responsibilities include:
Learning about M&A insurance market
Assisting with NDA's
Handling submissions
Effective communication with internal departments
Drafting internal communications
About you:
Paralegal experience on a M&A team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Creative, flexible, adaptable and solutions driven
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
