Job DescriptionOur client is a B2B service provider who is currently looking to expand its M&A activity in the US and therefore needs the support of a transaction services consultant in identifying suitable targets.Requirements:3-5 years’ experience in transaction services experience gained in a mid-tier or boutique consulting firm.Financial analysis/modelling skills.Ability to identify suitable targets and initiating introductory conversations.Previous in-house M&A experience is preferred.Details:Start date: ASAPDuration: 3 monthsLocation: Hybrid (3 office days in Northeast Wales)Day rate: up to £350 PAYE/ £500 LTD, depending on experience
