We are looking for self-motivated, customer service focused individuals who are passionate about providing the perfect travel experience for our members every time - whether a short trip for business or leisure holiday for the whole family. You will be able to build significant customer relationships, provide outstanding customer service, tap into your sales ability and excellent product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to members across MENA region, Europe, US and Asia
Design requests by telephone and email in Arabic and English of individual trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for premium cardholders, considering all the needs of the customer
Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing
Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries, promotions and exclusive events
Conducting research and putting together proposals
Liaising with our trusted suppliers on behalf of Members
Maintaining up-to-date records for our members
Representing TEN, telling the story and promoting our concierge value
Building rapport with members
Demonstrate proactivity and converting requests to bookings
Requirements
Key Skills & Attributes:
Only Arabic speaking candidates who are CURRENTLY based in the UK will be considered
Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is a benefit, but not a necessary requirement. Please be prepared to take a language test in any language you mention as a skill. French is a plus
Required background: Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service in a Luxury brand
Experience with UHNW Individuals
Local and International Knowledge
Exceptional attention to details
Reactive problem solving
Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
Strong online research skills
A ‘Can-Do' and positive attitude
Passionate about customer service and sharing local tips
Strong work ethics
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:
Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 75% Home Office possibility
A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be complete

A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience
