I am currently looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Luxury Sales Manager to our client's prestigious team. The right candidate will have a proven track record in 5-star hotel sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the UK region - 3 hotels.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury sales within the hospitality industry.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (UK, Europe, USA).
