Pippa Small Jewellery is seeking a dynamic, charismatic and experienced high-end retail professional on a full time basis for our boutique in Notting Hill, London.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a high standard of customer serviceConvert new clients & retain existing clients via outreach, follow-up and providing superior customer serviceGrow & maintain extensive client bookDemonstrate superior interpersonal & communication talentCarry out additional tasks as requested by the managementPersonal ProfileA minimum of 4years luxury retail sales experience, preferably within a jewellery environmentPositive, 'can do' attitude and willingness to be involved with all projects.Highly organised and a keen eye for detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear effective communication with all management and colleagues.Enthusiastic with a passion for jewellery.Working hours are from 10am to 6pmFour to five days a week Monday to Saturday.Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
