LUXURY RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE SHOES - CENTRAL LONDONAs a Luxury Sales Shoe Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience in a high-end retail environment. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized service to clients, showcasing a deep knowledge of luxury shoe brands, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in representing the brand and ensuring that customers receive expert guidance in selecting the perfect luxury footwear.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service based on their preferences and needs.Offer expert advice on shoe styles, materials, and trends to enhance the customer's shopping experience.Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and releases in the luxury shoe industry.Possess in-depth knowledge of various luxury shoe brands, materials, and craftsmanship.Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each product to customers.Sales and Targets:Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling luxury shoes.Utilize effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product range to provide accurate information to customers.Customer Service:Handle customer enquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive team environment.Share knowledge and insights with team members to enhance overall performance.QualificationsPrevious experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in the footwear sector.Strong passion for and knowledge of luxury shoe brands and trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.Customer-focused with a dedication to providing an exceptional shopping experience.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.OFFERING:Paying from £13.50 - £15 per hour depending on experience (up to £15ph on Sundays / Up to £20ph on bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributionsWeekly or Monthly Pay Methods, with immediate start and flexible hours per weekOpportunity to develop further and be considered for permanent opportunitiesGroup Video Interviews are being arranged immediately – please apply as soon as possible with your CV to be booked in.360 Talent are a high end retail recruitment firm providing strategic solutions to connect high calibre candidates with Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle brands across global markets.Explore all of our latest opportunities and industry updates on our website & find us on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok!
