Key Responsibilities.
the Store Manager in creating an environment of a 1st class shopping experience within store
style advice.
and advise customers with the collection.
an exceptional customer service.
and implement events and sales initiatives and opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
the shop floor reflects the brand
merchandising is in line with VM standards.
the team in capturing customer data
retail sales experience, incorporating back-office duties such as rotas, payroll etc.
Proven experience managing and developing a team.
organisational and administration skills
have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
for retail and product.
