Reporting directly to the Regional Manager,you will ensure the smooth operation of the store, maintain its impeccable presentation, and leadyour team to exceed sales targets while providing top-notch customer service.Job Description:As a Luxury Retail Floor Manager at CSD, you will play a pivotal role in leading one of ourprestigious retail stores. This position calls for an individual with a passion for luxury fashion,exceptional sales skills, and a talent for leadership. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager,you will ensure the smooth operation of the store, maintain its impeccable presentation, and leadyour team to exceed sales targets while providing top-notch customer service.Responsibilities:Sales Leadership:• Drive sales through personal example and by coaching the sales team.• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and achievesales targets.• Foster an environment of continuous learning and adaptation to the trends ofluxury fashion.• Act as a role model in sales excellence, leveraging your deep understanding ofluxury fashion trends to guide the sales team toward outstanding results.• Lead by example by delivery high sales yourself on the shop floorOperational Excellence:• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, item transfersbetween locations, and fulfilment of online orders. Ensure tasks are completedefficiently and accurately, maintaining the highest standards of operation.• Ensure policies, standards and procedures are communicated and implemented.• Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations, owntraining for the store team and be accountable for inventory management• Capitalise on all available support from other departments as needed to implementprojects and solve problemsTeam Management and Development:• Lead, motivate, and develop the store's sales team. Aid the Regional Manager inthe training of new staff, and facilitate training sessions to enhance productknowledge and sales techniques.• Manage and motivate the team to drive the business: create a positive workenvironment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions• Organise the team in an efficient manner according to store needs and delegateresponsibility• Translate strategic goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives tomeet key KPI's and store targets• Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess,monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved• Own Reviews, development plans and corrective action for the team• Grant the right level of coaching and development to all team members to developtheir skills and qualities by managing their performance, providing feedback andfostering their motivation.• Host team training to enhance luxury product knowledge, sales techniques andteam engagement• Role model on selling, lead by example on the floor, understand the customerneeds, identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate a luxury service thataligns with the brandClient and Business Development• Be the voice of the store by understanding business and local market trends tosuggest actions and recommendations• Build a loyal personal clientele and establish a client-centric mindset in store toensure the highest level of customer experience• Lead and develop the business of the store, by cultivating a comprehensive andstrategic understanding of it• Uphold exceptional standards of customer service. Build and maintainrelationships with high-profile clients and consignors, ensuring their needs aremet with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism.Store Presentation:• Lead visual merchandising presentation and standards utilising retail and productknowledge to regularly strategise for the customer experience and productivity ofthe store.• Regularly assess the store's presentation and organisation. Implement visualmerchandising strategies to maximise sales and ensure the store environmentreflects the luxury and exclusivity of the CSD brand.Reporting:• Provide comprehensive reports on sales performance, customer feedback, andoperational efficiency to the Regional Manager. Use insights to propose initiativesfor continuous improvement.• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance toregional manager to influence inventory allocation and the success of the businessQualifications• Proven experience in luxury retail sales and management, with a minimum of 3 years in aleadership role.• Exceptional knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends.• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships witha diverse clientele.• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.• Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office.• Flexibility in schedule, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and special saleevents.
