Looking for a PA/Carer 2 - 3 Hours Daily Monday - Friday

I am a lady with Physical disability and sensory impairment.

I am looking for a Carer/Personal Assistant to help and support me with:

Personal care and making meals.

A variety of taking me out once a week to access the community and attend Medical Appointments, which will be a longer day due to Ambulance Transport and when we go out it will be Approx. Upto 6 hours.

Other duties are Light Domestic duties, Shopping, Medical collections to & from the GP/Hospital.

I need someone who can be flexible, a proactive all-rounder, someone who doesn't mind getting there hands dirty, who is caring and has good family values.

Preferred: 1-2 years Carers experience and minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications.
