As part of our client's team, your responsibilities will include:

🔍 Conducting assessments, visits, and devising comprehensive care plans for cherished service users.
👧 Identifying and addressing the unique needs of the children under care.
🤝 Collaborating closely with relevant agencies and authorities to ensure the highest standard of care and support for those in need.

Requirements for this role:

🎓 Degree in Social Work & registration with Social Work England.
🚗 Valid driver's license.
🔍 Up-to-date DBS check.
💼 Previous experience in Children's Services, ideally with Looked After Children or Children in Care.
