You will get the opportunity to start building your internal networks, deepen your understanding of Turner & Townsend, gain knowledge of the industry and your service area from day one.Upon joining, you will be provided with a structured development plan which introduces you to the technical and commercial competencies that graduates need to succeed at Turner & Townsend. This gives you the necessary tools to manage and monitor your personal and professional development and progress. Throughout the programme you will be partnered with a Graduate Development Manager who will provide support and guidance to ensure you are on track.As well as ‘on-the-job' learning, you will benefit from technical and behavioural training, learning from peers and experienced professionals providing you with the knowledge and skills to support you in your personal development. Alongside this you will be given the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with organisations such as CIPS, RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE and CIOB (depending on your technical discipline).Our cost management team is at the heart of Turner & Townsend’s work in transforming performance on the world’s most impactful programmes, to achieve great commercial outcomesand meet client objectives.During the two-year programme, our Graduate Cost Managerscanwork witha variety ofclients and rotate throughmultiple diverseroles, providing you with exposure to the most complex projects and programmes across the industry.
