Immediate start for an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager with a minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role to be considered. �

Logistics/Warehouse Manager About the Role

Working for a leading facility management and maintenance company, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a 15,000 square foot storage warehouse located in West Drayton, West London.� The primary function of the warehouse is storage, picking, packing, and deliveries for aviation clients.� Experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.
Logistics/Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.


• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management.


• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.


• Schedule and supervise a direct team of 5-6 staff.


• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimise efficiency.


• Maintain all necessary warehouse documentation.


• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.


• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Logistics/Warehouse Manager Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role


• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, picking & packing, and shipping/receiving


• Experience supervising and motivating a team.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


• A valid forklift license is a plus.
