Job Description
We have a new vacancy for an experienced International Logistics Manager to join our head-office team during this exciting time of growth. Working as a key part of the Global Logistics Team, the successful candidate will excel in managing Export Shipments for our international & cross-border markets.
CORE FOCUS:
• Managing all aspects of international trade & export shipment logistics;
Ensuring the timely preparation & execution of commercial documents to agreed schedules.
• Develop and maintain key internal & eternal stakeholder relationships;
Facilitate and optimize client-side trade & customer service outcomes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Outbound Logistics:
all aspects of international trade & export shipment logistics, ensuring the timely preparation & execution of commercial documents to agreed schedules.
Commercial Documents for global distribution functions (especially, EMEA & APAC Regions);
Chamber Certified Export Documents (EUR1, ATR1 & Certificate of Origin);
Freight bookings with our global partner, and coordinating with client-side freight providers accordingly;
compliance to regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements and adhering to UK trade controls, delivery terms and their implementation;
development, and implementation of automated document process frameworks;
with internal teams and external partners to track shipments and resolve any potential issues
inter-departmental international courier shipments as directed
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation processes;
• 6+ Years’ previous experience within international Logistics
• Previous experience servicing global B2B distribution channels
• Luxury &/or Cosmetics experience highly regarded
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Pro-active; ability to problem solve, work autonomously
• Excellent analytical and IT skills
