We are currently searching for a Logistics Manager for a well-renowned residential main contractor. This company specialises in mid-rise RC Frame schemes and they are looking for a dedicated logistics specialist to assist on a challenging project in the heart of York.

Role:

• Ensure site health & safety is up to standard.


• Ensure walkways and entrances are kept clear at all times.


• Update traffic management plans and produce weekly delivery schedules.


• Deliver bi-weekly reports to neighbouring businesses with regards to deliveries and other obstructions.


• Induct new site operatives.


• General site management duties.

Required:

• A history in logistics management on construction sites.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to site operatives, internal teams and external stakeholders.


• I.T. literate which proficiency with Microsoft Office and Biosite.


• SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.�
