PURPLE is actively seeking a bright and enthusiastic PR Intern to join its Fashion Division in the agency s London office, working across our high-profile luxury clients and supporting our team. Responsibilities: Ensure the showroom and dispatch room s are tidy and samples kept in pristine condition, clearing the returns rail/box throughout the day. Organization of sample movement to correct locations, ensuring couriers are given the correct send outs and are labelled correctly. Communicating to the executive when samples have been collected and returned. Receiving all boxes and packages on behalf of PURPLE. All team members are notified about their deliveries via email. Support Logistics Supervisor in upkeep of courier and delivery documents, ensuring all tracking numbers, send-outs and deliveries are recorded appropriately. Support reception with ad hoc tasks and appointments Requirements: Demonstrate solid understanding of and ongoing interest in beauty, fashion and lifestyle Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines. Excellent prioritising and time management as well as attention to detail Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Extremely well-organised, methodical, and efficient, with strong initiative. Excellent organisational and time management skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking A good understanding of the social media landscape, current trends and topical influencers
