Our long established client based in Southam, Warwickshire are currently recruiting for a permanent
Logistics & Equipment Coordinator .
The role:
To receipt, check and dispatch customer equipment in a timely manner.
Logistics & Equipment Coordinator key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Receive equipment from couriers & customers and book into management software
Ensure a customer order and all accessories required and expected are present
Move goods into calibration, service or sales areas depending on customer needs
Package equipment for dispatch
Handle and administer customer collections
Screen equipment and report damaged and missing items to customers
Maintain and update shipping software with customer information
General housekeeping of goods in area
Logistics & Equipment Coordinator Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Fast and accurate data entry
Effective communication to co-workers, suppliers and customers
English, Maths & Science GCSE's (or equivalent)
Experience of using Indysoft laboratory management software or similar desirable
