Logistics Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing projects for European overseas self-operated warehouses, ensuring project implementation and tracking of key milestones
Promote daily operations such as warehouse goods in-and-out process, warehouse operating system optimization, and last-mile delivery process
Support logistics headquarters in project management, process, and communication across various business lines, and implement headquarters' strategies in Europe
Support warehouse team management to ensure operational efficiency and safety
Assist in communication and coordination with suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties to improve goods delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
Participate in warehouse cost control and budget management to ensure reasonable operational costs
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics and warehouse management, SCM management, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics or logistics engineering.
Familiarity with warehouse logistics management processes and standards, experience in project management, and strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in cost control and process optimization, able to effectively assist in reducing warehouse operational costs.
Fluent in English, proficient in office software and warehouse management systems.
Willingness to travel and arrange short-term stays at warehouses.
