Logistics Design Planner

Full-time, Hybrid, Permanent
£52000 - £56000 per annum + Additional Company Benefits; DB Charles have recently partnered with a successful construction business with offices in North West London and close to Kings Langley in Hertfordshire that are actively working with DB Charles to find and hire a new Logistics Design Planner.The business have seen strong growth in recent years and they are now looking for someone to join the team and help with creating planning drawings & documents, as well as keeping clients updated. The role will sit amongst a team of 12 and report directly into the Managing Director.Key day to day duties will include:Ensuring all planning documents are kept up to date and comply with all standardsEnsuring master documents are updatedAnswering and completing demand requestsCarrying out extensive work using AutoCAD & IllustratorCreating varying layout plansWorking with numerous project toolsWorking closely with senior management and contributing to team meetingsWorking closely with other teams and senior stakeholders across the business.For this role, the client is seeking CV’s with aspects of the following skill sets:A career background within Logistics Design Planning is a mustPrevious experience dealing with land developers would be highly advantageousA construction / logistics backgroundExperienced working with AutoCAD & IllustratorUnderstanding and good ability working with project management system tools such as Asta / MS Project.Must hold excellent communication skillsAbility to commit to a hybrid permanent role based near to Kings Langley in Hertfordshire or will consider someone based in North West London, close to the Pinner / Harrow area. The role will require some travel from time to timeThis is an exciting opportunity with a great business. The role will be Monday to Friday with working hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm and important to note the position will offer hybrid working (3 days in office vs 2 at home).
