Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of customer orders, including processing, invoicing, and returns.
Oversee 3PL warehouses, hauliers, and freight forwarders.
Managing transportation and distribution of products
Ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Implement effective inventory management strategies for assigned customers.
Support supply chain team initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in managing 3PL relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
Prior experience in customer service and order processing.
Based in London
With a salary of £30,000-£35,000
