Fantastic opportunity for an Operations Agent to join a freight solutions provider based in Bagshot during an exciting period of growth within the business. Salary up to �28,500 with 23 days holiday.�
Working within a fun, supportive and�friendly team the Operations Agent will liaise with all customers to ensure the highest level of service is achieved. Whether this be Airfreight Imports, Exports, Roadfreight�or Worldwide Courier, you will be equipped with the knowledge to ensure the most appropriate�service is provided to the customer.�
Operations Agent Duties:

• Dealing with inbound call enquiries


• AWB completion


• Customs Entries


• Arranging Courier Shipments


• Keeping Boxtop and systems up to date with latest information


• Problem Solving


• Liaising with our Handling Agent

Hours:�Monday - Friday 9:00 -17:30
