Hours: 40 hrs per week (Hybrid after probation)The JobLogistics Administrator required for a creative manufacturing company producing high-end luxury goods for the interiors market. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Logistics Manager and the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.You will be working in a creative environment with a diverse workforce who are professional, conscientious, and supportive.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeal with ad hoc tasks that come up on a day-to-day basisBook in samples, pack and send outRequest shipping quotes from shippers, add to system and forward to the sales departmentRaise purchase orders for shippersPacking Lists – check with Art Handlers and raise paperwork accordingly, along with any supporting paperwork for cratesRaise shipping invoices – to raise from WFM/Booking form and completed images filesTo assist with the team meetings with Art Handlers to go over the day ahead/week aheadAssist with booking carriers and shippers, arranging installs and collections and tracking deliveriesCollect Export shipping documentation and certificates and issue to FinanceMeet with sales and production teams weeklyChase up installs instructions if none in folder (keep on top of this regularly)Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceCompetent with using Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelGenuine interest in developing and learning about logisticsPrevious experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
