This is a global leader in vertical transportation and urban mobility, as a multilingual business the role would be a great opportunity for someone to use their European language skills in a commercial environment!What you will do in the role of Spare Parts and Logistics Assistant?Supporting colleagues across Europe to source and supply spare parts for third party elevator and escalator maintenanceRespond to incoming enquiries regarding spare partsLiaison with engineers to identify and source spare parts for elevator and escalator systems as requiredObtain quotations from key suppliersPrepare quotationsProcess Sales Orders for spare parts and diagnostic toolsRaise invoices and journalsRespond to invoice queries, credit requests etc.Raise/post purchase ordersOrganise DHL/TNT collections for import to UKPrepare shipping documents, inc. Airway Bills, packing lists and completion of invoice templates for customs purposesLiaison with shipping agentsIssue customs clearance instructionsProduce monthly stock valuation and shipping reportsNotify customers of tracking numbers for shipments dailyParticipate in annual stock checkAssist with packing/unpacking deliveriesReplenish office suppliesWhat we need you to have in the role of Spare Parts & Logistics Assistant?Previous experience in an admin role relating to logistics or shipping or Purchase Orders Or InvoicingAdditional European languages an advantage, especially French or GermanAttention to detailCustomer serviceAbility to work efficiently and at speed in fast-paced environmentCommercially-mindedProblem solving and innovationPlanning and organising, esp. strategies for multitaskingMethodical, strong organisational and multi-tasking skillsPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat you will love about the role of Spare Parts & Logistics Support?Salary up to GBP26,500 dependant on experienceAccess to a company health cash scheme (BHSF), network benefits, and discounts from local gymsPension34 days holiday (including bank holidays) a year which increases with length of serviceIf this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to us today!We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
