Locum Planning Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the North West who are seeking to hire a senior planning lawyer on a locum contract for 6 months. Committee attendance is twice a month.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 3 years PQE,

- Have previous experience with s106s, appeals, and enforcement,

- Be comfortable working autonomously,

- Be experienced working in the public sector.
