Excellent opportunity for a Locum Employment Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm starting ASAP for 3 months + in duration.
The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established, reputable firm who have an excellent reputation in the area are seeking an Employment Locum Solicitor to cover a busy caseload starting ASAP. The firm requires the Employment Locum to join them for 3 months, with a high possibility of extension until they recruit on a permanent basis.
The firm are flexible and are open to the locum working on a hybrid basis, or fully remote working from day one.
Responsibilities
The Locum would be responsible for a mixed caseload of employment matters to include:

  • Wrongful and unfair dismissal
  • Corporate support work
  • Transfer of Undertakings
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Redundancy and restructuring
  • Discrimination (including sex, race, disability and age) and equal pay
  • Settlement agreements

Requirements
