Description:Part time Locum Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Headington, Oxfordshire.
• 1 year long term contract from July 2024 onwards
• Mon, Weds & Thurs - 8am to 8pm and Tues & Fri - 8am to 2pm
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital x-rays
• Intra-oral cameras
• Invisalign, Periodontics, Implants, Prosthodontics and Endodontics
• Full support team with Nurses and Hygienists
• Based in Oxford Brookes University Campus with good access to public transport

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
