Birchrose Associates are recruiting for an excellent L500 law firm seeking the support of a Locum Commercial Contracts Solicitor to start a new hybrid working role ASAP for 3 – 6 months
The Opportunity
We have partnered with a highly regarded L500 practice to source a Locum Commercial Contracts Solicitor to assist in the absence of a permanent team member. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at short notice and will be on hand to assist for 3 – 6 months +.
Hybrid working is offered for this role, with 2 days per week in the firm’s West Midlands based offices required. The firm would prefer the locum to work full time hours, with some flexibility on this considered.
Responsibilities
The Locum Solicitor will assume responsibility for a busy caseload of drafting and advising on a range of commercial contracts including IP and technology, sale, supply and outsourcing contracts.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have managerial experience and will be happy to take on the supervision of Paralegals and Solicitors within the team.

Requirements
Experience handling busy caseloads of commercial contracts
Supervisory experience of Paralegals and Solicitors
Ability to hit the ground running, be it on a hybrid working basis
