Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a highly reputable, successful, and long-established law firm with multiple locations across Cornwall. Providing a range of legal services for business and for families and individuals.
On our client’s behalf we are seeking a Solicitor or Fee Earner to assist with their growing caseload within the litigation department. The role is full time and permanent with opportunities for hybrid working. You will be working alongside the Head of Department, and other litigation fee earners, assisting with existing workloads and trial work, but also taking on your own files.
The firm are on the panel of a major legal expenses insurance provider which means that the range and quality of the cases you will work on is high and includes including high value and complex commercial litigation, complex possession, and property claims, including landlord and tenant, title rectification, professional negligence, trusts, commercial, insolvency, and general litigation and dispute resolution advice.
For the role you will have a strong legal background within litigation law and have experience of managing a busy, mixed caseload. You will be confident in your own attributes and abilities, able to join and work well as part of a team and possess excellent communication and client care skills.
