Litigation Paralegal

We are a firm of solicitors providing a wide range of legal services, but specialising in civil litigation. we are recruiting a litigation paralegal to assist our solicitors with their litigated, housing disrepair case loads.Please note that this is an in person role and the successful candidate will work full-time in our new office in Bolton.The role will involve drafting and assisting with various court papers and so attention to detail and excellent drafting skills are a must.Candidates must have a law degree or equivalent and would ideally have completed the LPC and or have experience of working on litigated civil litigation claims.The successful candidate will:• Prepare and assist with the preparation of court documents including particulars of claim, witness statements and court bundles• Consider and take instructions• Prepare and draft documents• Review and report on evidence• Interview clients to obtain key information• Work on a case management system• Improve their telephone skills• Diary and time management
