An established law firm with offices across the North West are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Executive to join their Liverpool office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team with a nationwide reputation for handling all forms of clinical negligence cases, particularly those involving the highest severity injuries caused by medical mistakes.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases at all stages of the case, from initial investigation to trial and settlement.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients on clinical negligence matters.Demonstrate strong litigation experience, including preparing and conducting court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in hearings and trials.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality legal advice and support throughout the litigation process.Act as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of case developments and advising on the best course of action.Stay updated on changes in legislation, case law, and industry best practices related to clinical negligence.Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.Qualifications and Experience:Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in handling clinical negligence cases are encouraged to apply.The firm are open to applications from Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitors/legal executives, as well as those with a few years of experience in the field.Benefits Package:Competitive Salary: The firm offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and skills.Bonus SchemeFlexible WorkingRange of BenefitsIf you are an experienced Litigation Executive with a background in clinical negligence and strong litigation experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
