Litigation Executive

Litigation Executive opportunity for reputable law firm based in Bury, Manchester.
Excellent benefits: Salary £23k - £26k
The experienced Litigation Executive will have 3yrs + experience and have a genuine passion for Law and ensuring a smooth hassle-free journey for their clients. Your focus will be both commercial and civil litigation cases, ensuring they are completed to a high standard. The Executive will be working closely with the Head of the Litigation Department.
The role of the Litigation Executive is to support the Senior Solicitor to ensure that client matters receive the due diligence and attention required to provide the greatest chance of success.
Competency Requirements
The successful candidate will have 3yrs + experience in a similar role. Exposure to CRM technologies such as Proclaim and Hoowla would be advantageous.
Experience with Filling court documents through the court portals a must.
Maintain client records and contact information, via our Case Management systems Proclaim and Hoowla
Handling clients matters and requests and keeping clients updated from initial enquiry to completion of their matter.
Liaise with HOD to instruct experts and counsel where necessary
